Your child’s safety and well-being are top priorities at our daycare. We understand that leaving your child in someone else’s care can feel uncertain, but we strive to create a nurturing environment where your little one feels secure. Little Discoverers Daycare is a place where families are welcomed with open arms. For our little ones, this warm atmosphere eases the transition from home to daycare. Our infant program focuses on meeting each child’s individual needs in a caring and trusting learning environment. Our staff understands that every child and family is unique, which is why we take the time to get to know your child before starting our class.  

This begins with a friendly and in-depth conversation with parents that allows us to learn about your child's habits and routines at home so that the learning process is not disrupted, to ensure we understand your family's priorities and your child's routines, preferences, and needs. Each child is on their eating, napping, and physical activity in our infant class.

We help and encourage them to develop their physical skills, such as holding their heads up and following sounds and movements. Older infants are encouraged to sit, crawl, roll over, pull up, and walk, and we also offer artistic and sensory experiences.

In the cognitive development of your children, they will learn by exploring objects using the 5 senses and noticing how they react.

 

Our infant program encourages language development by actively communicating with them throughout the day, including during play and routine tasks such as diaper changing and bottle feeding. Most importantly, we work closely with our families to ensure that children can communicate positively with both their educators and family members.
